An Intimate Women’s Retreat for Embodiment, Healing & Deep Connection

Arrival: September 7 at 1:00 PM
Departure: September 12 at 10:00 AM
An intimate retreat limited to 8 women. Private and shared accommodations available.

About the Retreat

You do not have to carry it all alone.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather. Across generations, women have created spaces of wisdom, connection, and support through coming together. When we return to intentional community, something deep within us remembers what it feels like to be witnessed and held.

Wildly Held is an intimate women’s retreat created as a sacred space for embodiment, healing, authentic connection, and transformation. Together, we will meet the parts of ourselves we often hide and create space for them to be witnessed and held. Through somatic practices, sacred ceremony, ritual, and intentional community, we reconnect with ourselves and remember the healing power of being held.

Is this Retreat for you?

Wildly Held is for you if:

  • You are longing for a deeper relationship with yourself and others.

  • You feel called to meet the parts of yourself you often hide.

  • You are ready to explore your inner landscape with courage, compassion, and curiosity.

  • You desire a space where you can soften, receive support, and be witnessed in your vulnerability.

  • You feel the call to experience the healing power of women gathering in intentional community.

Why this work matters

For those who have spent much of their lives holding others, this retreat offers an invitation to remember how to be held; to soften, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom that healing was never meant to happen alone.

Many of us have learned to be strong and capable while quietly carrying places within ourselves that long for compassion and care.

This retreat invites us to turn toward those places with curiosity, tenderness, and love.

A Retreat for Healing Attachment, Reclaiming Connection & Reparenting the Self

An intimate retreat limited to 10–12 participants to cultivate meaningful connection, personalized support, and a deeply held experience.

About the Retreat

Healing begins when relationships become places of safety instead of survival. Every relationship we have, including the relationship with ourselves, is shaped by the relationships that came before it. Our earliest experiences influence how we connect, protect ourselves, receive love, navigate conflict, and move through the world. These patterns were never flaws; they were adaptations that helped us survive.

What was learned in relationship can also be healed in relationship.

Join us for a four-day immersive retreat exploring attachment, nervous system awareness, somatic practices, compassionate reparenting, ceremonial breathwork, sacred medicine, and authentic community.

Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that shaped us and begin creating new experiences of safety, connection, and repair, within ourselves and our relationships.

Re-Written is for you if:

  • You are curious about how your early relationships continue to shape the way you relate to yourself and others.

  • You find yourself repeating familiar patterns and long for new possibilities in relationship.

  • You have the courage to explore your story with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.

  • You are drawn to an experiential approach that weaves together attachment, somatic practices, ceremony, and authentic connection.

  • You feel called to deepen your relationship with yourself and those you love.

Why this work matters

The ways we learned to connect and protect ourselves began in relationship.

Through curiosity, compassion, and embodied awareness, we can better understand the experiences that shaped us, reconnect with the younger parts of ourselves that carry unmet needs, hopes, and wisdom, and create new pathways for authentic relationship.

Reparenting begins with turning toward ourselves with the care and compassion we may have needed all along.

What you’ll experience

We’ll weave education, embodiment, ceremony, and authentic connection to create space for deeper awareness, healing, and transformation:

Attachment & Nervous System Exploration

  • Understanding how early relational experiences shape the ways we connect, protect ourselves, and move through the world.

Experiential Somatic Attachment Practices

  • Practices that invite your body to remember what your mind is still discovering.

Compassionate Reparenting

  • Learning to meet yourself with the care, understanding, and support that allows new patterns of safety and connection to emerge.

Ceremonial Breathwork & Sacred Medicine Ceremony

  • Intentional practices that support insight, emotional release, connection, and integration.

Authentic Relational Experiences

  • Guided practices and community connection that allow healing to unfold through relationship.

Integration Practices

  • Tools and practices to carry your insights beyond the retreat and into your daily life.

Your Journey Includes

• Private pre-retreat intake session
• Opening group preparation Zoom call
• Four nights shared accommodations
• Organic meals
• Retreat programming
• Ceremonial Breathwork
• Sacred Medicine Ceremony
• Somatic and relational practices
• Integration support

Investment

  • Sliding Scale: $1,500–$2,500

We believe healing spaces are strengthened through reciprocity and collective care. If you have the financial capacity, we invite you to contribute toward the higher end of the range, helping make this experience more accessible for others while honoring the depth of this work and the care required to hold it.

To preserve the intimacy and depth of this experience, participation is limited to 10–12 participants. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your space and is due by September 1, 2026.

If something in you is whispering “yes”, we would love to connect.

With love,

Megan Hanson & Melissa Terese
