Through a weaving of somatic work, inner parts healing, embodiment practices, and energy medicine, Megan creates space for people to remember who they are — and awaken into the natural flow of their most authentic, embodied self. With presence and curiosity, she follows whatever is most alive in each moment, honoring all aspects of experience, and guiding clients toward authenticity, insight, and embodied transformation.
