I’m Megan, a licensed and registered hypnotherapist whose path has been shaped by deep compassion, grounded service, and an unshakable trust in the body’s innate wisdom. After years working in Richmond, Virginia as a social worker for the unhoused, I followed a deeper calling — one that led me into the lush jungles of Costa Rica, where I now offer a more embodied and holistic approach to healing.
